A cross-border trip is not a longer version of a city trip. The variable is not distance — it is the border itself, where a poor choice of crossing can cost you ninety minutes on a long weekend. Our chauffeurs make that run constantly and check live wait times before committing to a bridge.

We handle Buffalo and Buffalo Niagara International (BUF), Niagara Falls NY, Detroit, and points beyond on request, in both directions, as one-way or round trips.

Which crossing we use, and why it matters

There are three practical crossings from the Golden Horseshoe, and the right one changes hour to hour. The Peace Bridge at Fort Erie is the default for Buffalo and BUF airport. The Rainbow Bridge is the natural choice when your destination is Niagara Falls NY itself. Queenston–Lewiston frequently moves fastest when the other two are backed up, and it is the usual pick for anything heading toward Rochester or Syracuse.

Your chauffeur checks current wait times before choosing and will reroute mid-trip if the picture changes. For Detroit, we use the Ambassador Bridge or the Windsor–Detroit Tunnel depending on commercial traffic and the time of day.

What you need to bring

Every passenger needs a valid passport, or a NEXUS card if they hold one. Permanent residents should carry their PR card alongside their passport. If children are travelling without both parents, bring a consent letter — CBP asks for it more often than people expect.

Have a clear, honest answer ready for the purpose of your trip and where you are staying. Your chauffeur cannot answer border questions on your behalf; officers speak to passengers directly.

• NEXUS lanes: if every passenger and the chauffeur hold NEXUS, we can use the dedicated lane. Tell us at booking so we assign an eligible driver.
• Duty and purchases: keep receipts accessible for anything you are bringing back.
• Return trips: we can wait or return on a set schedule — most clients book both legs and save on the round trip.
