How booking, changing, cancelling and paying actually work — written to be read, not buried.
A booking works like this: you request a quote, dispatch replies with a flat rate for your trip, and nothing is charged until you confirm and dispatch confirms back. Quoted rates are fixed for the trip as described — vehicle class, route, date and stops. Changes (an extra stop, a vehicle upgrade, a new pickup time) are re-quoted before they take effect, so the number never moves without your agreement. All rates are before HST, which is added at billing; Highway 407 tolls are included when used; US border and bridge fees are additional on cross-border trips; gratuity is at your discretion.
Cancellations are simple and honest. Sedan and SUV transfers: cancel free of charge up to 12 hours before pickup; inside 12 hours, up to 50% of the fare may be charged; no-shows are charged in full. Stretch limousines, Sprinters and event bookings (weddings, proms, party nights): deposits are refundable up to 7 days before the event, and inside 7 days the deposit is retained. If your flight is cancelled by the airline, we rebook or refund your transfer in full — that is never your fault.
Waiting time: airport arrivals include 60 complimentary minutes from wheels-down; all other pickups include 15 complimentary minutes. Beyond that, waiting is billed at the hourly rate of the vehicle in quarter-hour increments — dispatch will always tell you before it starts counting. We accept major credit cards, e-transfer and corporate invoicing on approved accounts. These terms are effective August 2026 and may be updated; the version on this page at the time of your booking applies.
